The consequences can range from a short visit to a doctor or hospital, to hospitalisation with possible surgery, followed by repatriation.
And there you lie on your own… But especially then, we are here for you!
The Action Care Service includes:
- Calling on emergency services
- On-site communication with emergency services
- Escort to doctor and/or hospital
- Support in communication with medics
- Provision of insurance details
- Informing home front (by agreement)
- Notify SOS International and create a file
- Maintain contact with insurance companies
- Regular visits during longer hospital stays
- Provide food/drink if not available in hospital
- Assistance with hospital discharge and repatriation
- Assistance with repatriation of equipment
- Aftercare and assistance with incident reporting KNVvL
